The following pages have a brief description of the classes of competition plus some sample pictures of a match. The object is to introduce the various classes and equipment of the CBA members who compete. The calibers and loadings are given plus pictures of the equipment used in the class of competition. In the listing below, you can click on the class and go to the webpage illustrating the equipment plus there is a sample listing of molds and a page of shots from typical matches. Benchrest matches have five separate classifications for; Production Rifle Long Range Handgun Heavy Rifle Plain Base Bullet Unrestricted Molds Match Day Postal matches include the all above classes plus add special classes for; military rifles, single shots, lever and pump action, and revolvers. The military rifle classes include a separate match for original sights, modified iron sights, and scope sights. These matches allow shooters to compete on their home range and send in the targets. |
