This seems more like gouging than the demise of shooting. I have been buying primers for the past year from $19 - $29 a brick.

Depends on where you shop.  Gander Mt. (that recently filed for reorganization) used to try to get $60.00 for a 25 lb. bag of shot.  The other area stores wanted $39.00.  Also, the new owner of GM (Gander Outdoors) says he doesn't want Trump supporters as customers.  Good luck with that.

All I can say, is he is doomed to failure.

No idea how that price was arrived at, but I can buy them over the counter for exactly half that amount.  Online a tad less expensive, not counting haz mat fee.

$136 for a sleeve of 5000 WLP at the last Orange county, CA Gun Show.

The only Gun Store to buy primers in SoCal is TURNERS, they charge $40 a thousand. Powder is $40 bucks  a pound. When you are the only game in town you can charge whatever you can gouge folks out of. And depending on the county sales tax is 9.5% - 9.75% on top of that.
