Living in SE Massachusetts, near Gillette Stadium the home of the world champion Patriots.

I used to belong but after losing my youngest son 3 years ago I stopped shooting and casting.  I am now getting back into it, in fact have all his guns and will never sell them (well maybe the AK47....)

Shooting and photography are my two main hobbies check out my website at www.jeffpadell.com

I am also big time into Solar Photography (solar imaging) and since retiring am Head Trustee at the Seagrave Observatory in Rhode Island.  We have 4 telescopes (2 12" 1 16" and an 1878 8" refractor).

I finally talked my wife into getting her license to carry and hope to get her to the range when it gets warmer.

Jeff;

Glad to see you back. I cannot imagine the loss of a child. Just hold tight to the many, many good memories!

Photography and shooting/casting/reloading/hunting have been my serious "hobbies" for years. However, you left me in the dust when you mentioned Solar Imaging!

Jeff,

I too lost My Son. No One should know the Pain of losing a child. It never leaves you, but sometimes it recedes a bit.

My Deepest and Sincerest Symapthies.

Shooting His Guns will give you a bit of Warmth in your Memories.

My condolences to both Jeff and BigMan54. As a childless person, I have never and will never experience what you have had to deal with. Two of my very good friends and former coworkers have, and it is devastating.

The worst days of my career were making notifications to the families when they lost a child. There is nothing you can say or do to help.

George

     I tried to figure out how to do a PM but can't see it here.  you can email me at  jmp at bpdguns.com

I would be happy to discuss regular photography and astro and solar photography!  I am the Head Trustee at the Seagrave Observatory in Rhode Island, which means I am one of the keepers of the telescopes but also get to cut the lawn and paint the buildings and empty the trash - all for free. ROFL
