Thanks for the add!

ive been reloading since early in the 2000s, and casting for almost that long. Up until recently, though, only pistols and light caliber rifle. I’m gearing up now to reload for the SKS I bought last year, and I discovered I couldn’t access any load data for the Lee C312-155-2R boolit. Happily, several days of asking folks who know much more gave me much good info. Some of that info was to join CBA.
Thus, I registered for the forum, to see if the benefits of membership will be a fit for me.

Current cast bullet-related tasks: learn more about powder coating; load my first gas-checked ammo; building or buying a PID unit to control temp on my toaster oven more accurately.

Welcome to the fun, I have a sister that live in Woodstock. She is going to just get into reloading now, going to start with 410 and will see where she will go with it.

\I reload for a wildcat cartridge. There is no data for me to follow. What I do is find a cartridge of nearly the same capacity and data for a bullet of similar length and weight. The closer the match-the safer it is.Start with a minimum charge and work up slowly. There are people here that are more informed than I. Good Luck.

This is what I do also  take data that is close to what the boolit is and work on the min and work up the load and set the OAL  that will work for the one you use .

Congratulations on joining the CBA, you have just launched yourself on a most confusing journey as you try to explain the un-explainable.  In other words;"We are glad to have you. Welcome Aboard.".
