A while back, I ordered a 9mm Luger shell plate for my Hornday LNL AP press. When I mounted it in the press and tried to tighten it down, the plate would bind things up . I needed to load some nines, so just left it loose until I finished and then called Hornady Customer service and explained the problem. Friendly Gent said that a return label would be on the way and just send it back. No questions asked. Four days later a new shell plate arrived and it works perfectly. Can't get any better than that.
Hats off to Hornady

Hornady has given me great service over the years too. I forced my L-N-L press when it was new & busted the indexing. They fixed it & sent it back, no charge. They have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I also drool in my sleep. I firmly believe that true happiness is a warm gun. Did I mention how much I HATE auto-correct on this blasted tablet.
