How to post picture?

Hello: New member here. How to I add a photo? I cannot seem to find where to load photos when starting a new discussion. Thanks for any help.

In the menu box above the dialog box has a picture frame icon. Click on it and upload the image. Make sure it is no bigger than 800 X 800 or it may be too large.
