UPDATE: The transfer is coming along slowly but it's getting there. https://sites.google.com/view/44-40-winchester/introduction

I am having problems with the wix hosted website. Somehow the webpage gets updated on its own and I am gradually losing pages. Wix has somehow and for whatever reason reloaded the site and it mixes up the minu list, duplicates stuff and now deletes stuff without me doing it.

I put a lot of work into it but it may be fading.

I finally lost the Marlin part of the History link. I have decided that it is way too much work and dont plan on replacing or continuing to attempt to "fix" these issues.

I may try to keep or find another site to try and convert some pages into a blog.

Hope you backed them up on a thumb drive, or even better on paper?

I am not happy with WIX but what can I expect for free right?

I have started a new site on Google. The old site will stay up as long as it lasts so I can post a new address link.

For now, here is the home page, follow the links in the Menu.....for those interested.

Thanks...and sorry!

Nothing on the internet is "free". Nothing on the internet is "permanent". Nothing in the electronic world is yours that can not be changed. If it is not on paper and written in ink, it doesn't exist. Trust me on this one. Ric

LOL, true!

Yes, I do have all the stuff saved but I will copy paste and re-write a lot of it.

Transfer complete. Need to replace a few things that were lost but over-all, not too bad

I tried to get as much information as I could uploaded to the 44-40 website's Winchester 1960-2020 cartridge box page. I hope it can be helpful to some folks.
