While I am on a roll here (2 posts in 2+ yrs!), could somebody please explain to me in short easy to understand words why, WHY, when I need to renew my membership (online) it's all champagne and roses, BUT, when I also try to order the Frank Marshal CD (at the same time or seperately) I get cold blank stares, and a complete refusal to acknowledge my existence?
Thx,
BK

We have a new Director of Membership, Paul Gans. The Director of Services, who handles publications, is Stanley Livingston. Try contacting them from their email on the homepage. It shouldn't be a problem. If there's some problem, I'll burn a copy for you.

Thanks Bill, I will contact Mr. Livingston directly and thanks for the offer.
Question #2: I was contacted by pm about my profile not saying I am a CBA member. I signed up here before I became a member and thought I forgot to change my profile, so I went to correct the error and found out I had the CBA question answered YES. I made some other changes and those appeared, but not my membership status. Who do I have to bribe to get that changed??

The Director of Services where these CD's are shipped from is going thru a transition period with Eunice, the gracious wife of our Vice President Bob Birmley "volunteering" or been coerced into taking this position over.
If the online ordering system doesn't work, I would suggest sending Stan Livingston an email at stan2350n@yahoo.com and request the total with shipping and address to send funds to.
If you still have a problem, PM me here and we will get it sent out one way or the other.
The Frank Marshal CD is a good one.

Jeff Bowles would probably be your best bet.

No bribes needed.. Since the online membership and forum are separate systems and not interconnected in any way for security reasons and you join the CBA after you have joined the forum, you just need to send me a PM letting me know that you have become a CBA member.
I have added an announcement to the Forum FAQ section to help others down the road.

Thanks for the replies! And to Mr Bowles: I know it would be nice to be rid of me , but back to my origional post. I tried again to buy the CD and remembered what the exact problem was, I cannot log in on the products page. I sent an email to Mr Livingston explaining the problem and he replied telling me to contact ........Mr. Bowles!! I can log in to my CBA account to renew my membership-no problem- but if I go to the products page and try to log in I does not recognize my username or password. So, once again I must prostrate myself at the feet of the Grand High Poobah Of All Things Web Related!!
Honest, I don't really mean to be a pest!
Thanks,
BK

| Again that is also a separate system from the membership. You will need to create an account, the username and password used in the membership system will not work.
