Just joined and wanted to say "hello" Been handloading for 45 years and casting for over 30 years. Love to shoot my own cast bullets and very fond of my lever actions in .32 Win Special. My .32 Specials have been very easy to cast for and get great speed and accuracy with them.
you will like it here. if you are not already a member of the cast bullet assoc. joining would be an asset to you and you will enjoy the fowling shot. hang around, lots to learn from folks with vast knowledge.
I'm originally from up your way. Tioga, Pa. to be exact. Miss the woodchuck hunting up there. Have a seat. Lot of knowledgeable people here.

No, I am not politically correct. Understand that before you challenge me! You'll get the answer you ask for.
I live in Macungie. I just started casting but have been reloading since 1962. I have dozens of questions and would love to get in touch with you. I am reloading .30-30 for my Winchester 94. I am concerned about crimping the cases. They must be crimped so they can sit in the tubular magazine without the bullet being pushed into the case. But I am concerned about increasing the pressure too much. Any suggestions?
