Norm, now your talking. That's a good looking CB. The other picture of the 175gr is reminiscence of the Lyman 311413 which nobody ever seems to get to shoot well. That 215gr cb to fit perfect ought to have land marks lightly engraved on the nose, seated out as far as possible.
Charge the 303 with the standard in CBA Military competition for 30-06 and the Swiss 7.65x55. That is 18grSR4759, 19-21gr AA5744 or IMR4198, 16gr Aliant 2400. These loads are approximated for your 303, but ought to be close. These powders give good velocity, around 1,500-1,600fps for 100yd and 200yd shooting. Of course you can use shotgun powders for reduced loads.
Once you get a respectable load, then try sizing down from .314” or .313” to see which shoots better. Good luck and have fun :D ...................Dan
